Landscapes of Mammoth, Ca

This week I got to photograph one of my favorite subjects, the Eastern Sierra Landscape! I don’t get to take photos for my own pleasure very often, so this trip was really special. I’ve been busy shooting weddings since March and God gave me a months break. So I took advantage and got to go on a trip to Mammoth with my Father and brothers in law.

These photos are from a hike at Virginia Lakes. It’s a beautiful trail with many lakes and mountains. The wildflowers are growing like weeds, but my favorite part of the hike was the snow tube we found! I felt like Art Wolfe getting a cool angle from inside the tube!
